A late winner by striker Mason Greenwood powered Manchester United to victory against Brighton in Premier League.

Manchester United is the biggest club in the world and their Old Trafford home is known the Theatre of Dreams by one of their greatest legends, Sir Bobby Charlton. Manchester United is one of the most reputed clubs in the Premier League and based in Old Trafford, England. It’s not necessary whether you’re a football fan or don’t know the first thing about it, Manchester United is one club you surely must have heard of. The club boast of royal fans following across the world and royalty matched by none. The Club has produced great players with superb skills who enthralled the football fans whether played for the club or while representing their country.

Manchester United Bounce Back and this is not for the first time this season, Manchester United needed a second-half fightback after a dismal first 45 minutes to take all three points. The victory cemented their second place in the Premier League on Sunday. As of now, Manchester City are all set to capture the league title, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer led side is all set to  finish as runner-up and going all the way in the Europa League. Mason Greenwood was man of the hour once again who scored at the crucial moment for Manchester United in a 2-1 win over Brighton.

The 19-year-old Greenwood scored the all-important winner in the game against Brighton.

Notably, only Wayne Rooney (15) and Rashford (13) have managed to score more Premier League goals as a teenager for Manchester United than Greenwood (12).

Manchester United looked rusty in the first half but came back stronger in the second half and disrupting their rhythm right from the very first whistle goes. Brighton made life difficult for Red devils and was on verge to win their first ever match at Old Trafford, But it was not their days as  Marcus Rashford and Greenwood scored two beautiful gaols in the second half to shift in the momentum in their favour.

Dean Henderson was chosen ahead of David De Gea in goal for United and he rose to the occasion once again during the match by saving a point-blank header from Welbeck, only for the striker to direct home the rebound in the 13th minute.

Manchester United is currently at the second spot in Premier League standings with 60 points from 30 matches and the side is 14 points behind table-toppers Manchester City. United will next take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on April 11.
