Romelu Lukaku Has Opened About His Difficult Story From The Very Bottom To The Pinnacle Of World Football!

Romelu Lukaku is one of the most talented strikers in today’s era, who hails from in Antwerp, Belgium. He is also known as The Tank. He took football at a very age and one of the major being his father, Roger Lukaku. His father was also a professional football player and played in international matches for Zaire. 

He was first discovered by Lierse’ and joined their youth program. He retaliated the faith by scoring 121 goals in the 68 matches for the club. This led to him signing with Royal Sporting Club Anderlecht and emerged as the lead scorer in the ‘Belgian Championship. Soon interest from increased much fold and The ‘Premier League’ club ‘Chelsea’ showed interest in him and signed for a five-year contract with them in 2011. But at the end of the season Romelu’s performance lost its edge, and though his team won the ‘UEFA Champions League’ title, Romelu was not too content with his performance.

As a result he was loaned to West Bromwich Albion for one season and came back strong by scoring in his debut game Vs ‘The Hawthorns.’ His superb performance led to extension of his loans and in the duration of 2012–2013 season was the sixth-highest goal-scorer. He was transferred back to Chelsea but was loaned Everton’ for a season-long deal. He once again proved his credentials by scoring 15 goals for ‘Everton’ in 31 league matches. Also helped team reach the 5th position and also played crucial role for his team to achieve a record-high 72 points in the overall points tally.

This led to Romelu earning a five-year contract by Everton and was also one of the two highest scorers in the 2015 ‘UEFA Europa League. He kept on breaking records as cored goals in six consecutive ‘Premier League’ matches, making him the first striker to achieve this rare feat for ‘Everton’. His constant goal scoring ability was noticed by Manchester United who signed by him and debut the ‘UEFA Super Cup’ against ‘Real Madrid. He became one of the most loved player for the Manchester United and in his first nine appearances scored 10 goals. By the end of the summer he scored had scored 24 goals in 29 matches.

At the start of this year, Romelu Lukaku on a five-year deal was transfered to Inter Milan  on a five-year deal on Thursday. The news was confirmed by Inter Milan through their social media.

Romelu Lukaku scored twice as Inter Milan defeated Cagliari 4-1 to qualify for the Italian Cup quarterfinals. Inter Milan last won the Italian Cup way back in 2011. Their next match will be either with Fiorentina or Atalanta. Antonio Conte’s side played aggressive football from the word go and took the lead in the first 22 seconds when Lukaku scored against the Cagliari side. Inter Milan took the lead in the when Borja Valero bundled in a cross from close range. Lukaku scored his second shortly and in the second half Christian Oliva scored for Cagliari. 

Romelu is multi lingual and can speak Dutch, English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French. He can understand German too.
